Our security measures are constantly updated in step with technological developments. All communication between your end device and our servers is encrypted. This applies equally to documents and information available for download from our site as well as to information that is provided by you via the contact form or application form.

Storage periods

The personal data you make available to us is automatically deleted once the purpose of processing has been fulfilled. Specific retention periods are as follows:

    Period for deletion: 60 days

  • Web tracking data
    Period for deletion: The moment web tracking occurs, your IP address is anonymised by deletion of the last octet. No personal data is thus processed during subsequent analysis.

  • Content that you send to us via contact or application forms
    Period for deletion: The storage periods for this content depend on the type of information transmitted and the relevant statutory retention period for it. Where a submitted application fails to result in the conclusion of an employment contract, the data is automatically deleted 6 months after completion of the application process. If you are affected by this and request earlier deletion, the data will be deleted immediately on receipt of your request.

Rights of persons affected

You have the right to access information about your stored personal data at any time. Under Articles 16 to 20 of the GDPR, you also have the right to insist on rectification of inaccurate data, erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing of your personal data and data portability.

Right to revoke consent

You have the right to withdraw a given consent at any time. The revocation applies with immediate effect for the future. The lawfulness of any processing carried out on the basis of consent up to the point at which consent is withdrawn is not affected by the revocation.

Right of complaint

If you feel that the processing of your personal data contravenes the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Provision of your personal data
