Logistics centre

BREMER has been commissioned to erect a logistics centre for bauwo Grundstücksgesellschaft mbH in the Gailhof district of Wedemark.

In addition to Units 2 and 3 with a total of 23,900 sqm of storage and mezzanine space, this project will include 5,400 sqm of cold storage (Unit 1b, to 4°C) and 3,800 sqm of deep-freeze storage (Unit 1a, to -24°C).

In addition, a 3-storey office building will be erected with a floor space of 1,400 sqm.

The logistics area is equipped with 49 HGV docking gates and 11 docking facilities for light commercial vehicles. All gates are equipped with outside power sockets. In addition, there are 10 powered parking spaces outside to park refrigerated cargo HGVs.

There are 200 car parking spaces and covered bike parking facilities for employees and visitors.

The roof will be prepared to install a large-scale photovoltaic system.

The property will have a private access road.
