BREMER is building the second phase of a logistics centre in Oberkrämer for the investor GARBE Industrial Real Estate.

Three additional halls for logistics services will be built on the 146,480 sqm site by the end of 2021 in the direct vicinity of the first phase which was also completed by BREMER in January 2021.
The project consists of three logistics halls each with a floor space of 10,000 sqm. They will be separated by means of a BFT fire wall. One of the halls is additionally equipped with a storage mezzanine area above the unloading area. The headroom below the trusses and beams is 12.20 m throughout the entire hall area. The hall floors in two of the halls will each be lowered by 5 cm and equipped with an underlaid PEHD sealing membrane pursuant to Article 19I WHG (Federal Water Act).
In addition, a fully developed 3-storey office annex will be erected.
Three loading yards each with ten loading units will be built. The roof loads are already designed for the subsequent installation of a photovoltaic system.
The hall complex is structurally prepared for extension to a maximum of 50,000 sqm.
