The building sections of BREMER precast reinforced concrete elements range in height from 11 to 25 metres and are divided into different zones, from dry goods and empties stores through cold and deep-freeze stores to receiving and shipping areas. Administration and social facilities are distributed over various mezzanine levels throughout the building. The modern appearance of the building is underlined by an exterior facade lined with insulated panels.
The 55,000 sq m floor area complex incorporates an EC-licensed meat processing plant where strict legislative guidelines and high food industry requirements need to be met. With its extensive skill base, BREMER is supplying all services for the project from a single source. The building consists of various zones with different temperature ranges between -23° C and +18° C.
