Langness TK ware­house

Dr. Langness is building its first deep-freeze warehouse alongside its existing fresh food logistics at Neumünster. The deep-freeze warehouse consists of delivery yard, facade-mounted loading houses as docking stations, refrigerated preloading zone,  refrigerated staging area and high-bay deep-freeze storage area. The ground floor also accommodates the receiving office and the forklift charging station. On the first floor are the technical rooms and social facilities. The deep-freeze warehouse is constructed with an external insulating layer. To minimise operating costs, 36 cm floor insulation is planned. The deep-freeze area is clad in 22 cm thick clasp mounted facade panels. Staging area and refrigerated preloading zone feature an insulated panel ceiling. The warehouse is designed for an operating temperature of -24°C. An extension on the southwest side is already being planned.
