The structure of the turnkey facility consists of BREMER precast reinforced concrete elements. The suspended thermal floor of the interior cold store, the insulated wall facade and the trapezoidal sheet metal roof with mineral wool insulation maximise the energy efficiency of the building. The environmental concept also includes extensive greening of the PE membrane-sealed roof. Two mezzanine floors with a total area of 1,136 sqm are integrated for building services and administration.
BREMER has been contracted by Nextparx GmbH to construct a turnkey storage facility for fish products. As well as the cold store, which has a suspended thermal floor, the facility incorporates mezzanine floors for building services and administration.
