AMB Logistics hall

Two halls (A and B) of the AMB Hausbruch Industrial Centers 2 BV and 3 BV occupy the Heykenaukamp 10 site in Hamburg-Harburg. The plot forms part of a larger site, on which diverse production and logistics facilities are already present. Hall A, with a total floor area of 22,500 sqm, is situated in the north-west part of the site. The 11,500 sqm Hall B is located in the north-east. On each building's south facade are docking points with loading ramps and sectional doors. Above the loading zones, on the 1st floor, is the social and office space. The 2nd floor is another storage level. The structure of the building consists of a precast reinforced concrete skeleton with trapezoidal sheet metal roof cladding with fire-resistant insulation and an insulated facade.
