bauwo logistics centre

BREMER builds a logistics centre for bauwo in Bad Fallingbostel.
Separated by fire walls into two units, the logistics centre has a mezzanine space at the front site, 9 sectional doors per unit as well as a swap trailer and a ground level door for delivery.
The office levels contain modern workplaces, social areas and break rooms.
A car park for 79 cars and 7 motor trucks is planned outside, as wells as roofed parking lots for bicycles. Further outdoor installations and french drains are being extended by requirement.
All construction phases are carried out during ongoing operation.
