Description of the facility

BREMER has been contracted to build a logistics centre for bauwo in Hannover. In October 2020 LAPP Group will move in, one of the world's leading providers of cables and leads. A hall with a single-storey technical area is located on the 67,486 sqm estate. The 15,670 sqm warehouse is used as logistics halls and receives a loading zone for trucks. The 26,000 sqm western part of the estate is used for multifunctional purposes. Additionally, on the mezzanine are 1,485 sqm warehouse space as well as 940 sqm office and sanitary space.
