DHL logistics centre

A logistics and handling hall is being realised on the approx. 140,000 m² site in Bochum. The full project consists of an approx. 34,000 m² hall used as a handling and logistics facility as well as a 4 storey office with a floor area of 2,700.00 m². The U-shape of the building makes for large exterior walls providing space for more than 300 loading bays and docking stations. The entire yard area – approx. 70,000 m² – is concreted in compliance with RSTO guidelines. The elaborate technical building systems can be controlled by a building management and control system.
