The complex conforms to the DHL modular concept that permits the creation of distribution centres tailored to requirements. The completely clear-spanned handling hall will accommodate a two-storey office and social facility unit. Thanks in particular to optimally coordinated operation scheduling, the sorting system will be installed at a very early stage of construction. As a result, completion of the facility will be considerably accelerated. As with all DHL logistics buildings, the facade will consist of a reinforced concrete base, a continuous row of windows and a Deutsche Post yellow insulated steel facade.
