Fiege logistics centre

The logistics centre is situated directly alongside the A61 motorway in the new Regiopark 3000 industrial zone in Mönchengladbach. The building is divided into three hall sections with columns spaced at 30 m centres. Inside the building, there are mezzanine floors up to 30 m deep on various levels. The entire structure consists of 2,100 BREMER precast reinforced concrete elements. The building is also attractively designed in architectural terms, with outer walls featuring metal facades and BREMER precast reinforced concrete elements. As well as the office and warehouse space, the contract for BREMER includes the full turnkey realisation of building services. The outdoor facilities extend over an area of 5 hectares.
