GKM logistics centre

The building consists of 2 sections, each with approx. 10,000 sq m GFA. The two sections are separated by a fire wall. One building section offers logistics space, the other a production site for the final assembly of vehicle axles. Vehicle access to each section is provided by an HGV yard with 14 receiving doors with dock levellers. Adjoining the hall is a 2-storey office and social building with approx. 790 sq m GFA. This building accommodates the administration as well as break rooms and social facilities for industrial employees. The "production" section features a 2-storey room-in-room unit with approx. 200 sq m GFA. This structure accommodates production supervisors' offices as well as more break rooms and social facilities.
