The warehouse building incorporates an approx. 8,000 sq m dry storage facility with empties area as well as two deep-freeze and cold storage zones, each with an approximate area of 2,000 sq m. The building is divided into two fire compartments. The cold storage area additionally features so-called "chicken boxes" tailored to the specific requirements of the customer supplied. Adjoining the handling hall at the front of the complex are 18 loading bays. Also planned for this area is a two-storey administrative and social building with a gross floor area of approx. 440 sq m. The entire project including exterior facilities and refrigeration equipment is executed by BREMER AG as a turnkey contract.
