Good­man logistics centre Am Exer BA 1-6

Extensive earthworks are needed to develop the site for the planned buildings (Units 1-2/Units 3-5/Units 6-7). The first construction stage involves the realisation of Units 3-5 as well as all site preparation work. The building is a BREMER precast reinforced concrete structure with a trapezoidal sheet roof. The facade consists of a reinforced concrete sandwich base beneath an insulated steel facade. Fronting the logistics complex is a 2-storey office building. For reasons of sustainability, all building sections are heated by a wood pellet heating system in conjunction with underfloor heating. Altogether, the project consists of 3 construction stages.
