The logistics centre comprises 2 halls, each with an office building. Hall 1 has a floor area of approx. 4,730 sq m and is used as a production facility. A canopy with a projection of 10 m is mounted on the hall. The mezzanine space, which extends in places over 1 to 2 storeys, has an area of 530 sq m and is used for storage and social facilities. The 5-storey office building directly adjoins the hall. The office space has an approximate area of 3,000 sq m. A small roof terrace is integrated in the hall complex. Hall 2 has a floor area of approx. 3,580 sq m and is used as storage space. A canopy with a projection of 10 m is mounted on the hall. The 1-storey mezzanine space has an area of 520 sq m and is used for storage. The 2-storey office building directly adjoins the hall. The office space has an approximate area of 550 sq m.
