green­field Logistik­park

The logistics centre is divided into 5 hall sections and two office extensions. The halls incorporate 3,000 m² of mezzanine space. The entire structure consists of precast reinforced concrete elements made in Paderborn and transported by rail to the South of Germany. The facade of the logistics centre has an attractive accentuated green colour scheme. For enhanced sustainability, the lighting in parts of the building is LED-based. The roof is prepared for the installation of a photovoltaic system. An area of 10,000m² is scheduled for handover within 4 months.
