The logistics complex is realised as a BREMER precast reinforced concrete structure. The new building has a trapezoidal sheet metal roof with mineral wool insulation and PVC roofing membrane. The external design consists of a metal cassette facade with sine wave profile and plastic windows. The complex features a number of loading facilities, inside and outside doors. Integrated into it are a silo/processing facility as well as office and social premises.
This is the first BREMER construction project for Krug GmbH & Co. KG. The construction work comprises a logistics complex with loading warehouse, office space and tower silo. The facility will be used for the packaging, storage and order preparation of products for Kassel-based K+S Kali GmbH. Its silo and conveyor systems will also be used for storing and buffering loose products delivered to the loading warehouse mainly by rail.
