MEGA logistics facility

BREMER AG undertakes the first construction contract for Hamburg-based trade supplies wholesaler MEGA eG,. The logistics building consists of a low-heated pallet rack warehouse with 5 docking stations and a separate cold hall zone. Integrated into the facility is a suspended mezzanine floor with offices and social facilities. The building has a supporting structure of precast reinforced concrete elements, a metal sandwich facade, a concrete sandwich facade for the office section and a trapezoidal sheet roof with impermeable membrane. The floor of the building is realised as a steel fibre floor.
