The logistics building consists of 6 warehouses separated by fire walls. At the head ends are mezzanine levels with office space. The precast concrete element hall structure is based on a 9.00 m x 37.50 m grid. The high bays are fitted with LED lighting. The building has 3 lifts as well as charging points for electric cars and electric bicycles. Each hall section has 40 charging points, 6 dock levellers and 1 side-loader.
