Warehouse and dispatch hall

The logistics centre of Hamminkeln-based Bonita GmbH is situated directly adjacent to the A3 motorway. The new building is connected to the existing complex on the site by an intermediate building. The principal building, which is around 20 years old, has a floor area of 9,200 sqm. The new adjoining intermediate building has two storeys and a floor area of 2,580 sqm. The high-bay warehouse, with a total height of 25 m, is situated on another part of the site. All the buildings have a frame of precast reinforced concrete elements. The precast base is topped with a cassette facade.
