FITX fitness centre

BREMER is contracted for the extended shell construction of the fitness centre including full building envelope and exterior facilities. The building is a 3-storey structure with a large parking facility on the ground floor. Access to the upper storeys is via two staircase cores with a lift and post-and-beam facades. The supporting structure is a frame construction comprised entirely of precast reinforced concrete elements. The building envelope consists of a horizontal insulated panel facade, aluminium post-and-beam facades and aluminium strip windows with exterior Venetian shutters for sun protection. The roof is realised as a trapezoidal sheet roof with foil membrane and PIR insulation.
