Here, BREMER has been contracted to undertake another construction project for VIB Vermögen AG, this time an administrative building for VIB itself.
The 3-storey building consists of two interconnected building sections. At their midst are a large foyer and galleries with an open staircase leading to the offices, social facilities, meeting rooms and staff restaurant with outdoor terrace. The facades are composed of large-format windows and aluminium panels.
The building is equipped with a ventilation system as well as heated and chilled ceilings powered by energy from geothermal probes. A heat pump enables the geothermal energy to be economically harnessed for heating and cooling.
