VIB office building

BREMER undertakes another construction contract for VIB Vermögen AG, this time the administration building for VIB itself. The 3-storey building consists of two interconnected sections. In the middle is a large foyer and a gallery with an open staircase leading to the offices, social facilities and meeting rooms as well as to the canteen with outdoor terrace. The facades are comprised of large windows and aluminium panels. The building will be fitted with an air-handling system as well as chilled/heated ceilings harnessing energy from geothermal probes. A heat pump will permit economical use of geothermal energy for heating and cooling.
