CONTI DISTIBUTION CENTER

This is the first construction project that BREMER AG has undertaken for Continental. The contract is for the construction of a new production and administrative building realised as a precast reinforced concrete element structure. The CONTI DISTRIBUTION CENTRE consists of two 5-storey office blocks (east and west side) as well as a 3-storey hall. Access to each office block is provided by two stairwells and elevator facilities. The building facade consists of a smooth sheet-metal curtain and integrated strip windows with exterior sunshading. The office blocks are of reinforced concrete with external thermal insulation. Throughout the building, strip windows are integrated in the facade in an aluminium post-and-beam construction. The hall roof is of trapezoidal metal sheeting with insulation and impermeable membrane; the office roof is of prestressed reinforced concrete slabs.
