Greenfield production facility

A production building is being constructed on the approx. 45,770 m² site in Mühlacker. Altogether, the project consists of a 24,200 m² hall for use as a production and logistics facility. Social facilities are accommodated in the 600 m² two-storey office section and the 460 m² inbuilt office facility. For deliveries, the hall will be served by 4 fast-closing roll doors and 4 dock levellers. Two transformers with a total capacity of 5,000 kVA as well as 500 lux lighting throughout will be installed for the intensive production operations.
