MFM fresh produce centre at Moorfleet

Marker oHG and BREMER AG undertake their first joint project in Hamburg. The facility is an ultra-modern fresh produce centre with different temperature-controlled storage and circulation areas for fruit, vegetables and complementary ranges, a deep-freeze zone and integrated office space with an aggregate floor area of approx. 7,000 sq m (BT1). Separated from BT1 by a fire wall is the directly adjacent BT2, comprising a rental area with warehouse and office with a total floor area of approx. 5,000 sq m. The site as a whole has an area of approx. 38,000 sq m and is conveniently situated in the immediate vicinity of the A25 and A1 motorways.
