WEIDENHAMMER production building

This is the second time that BREMER AG has been engaged for a construction project for Weidenhammer. The contract is for the first construction phase of a new production and warehouse building realised as a precast reinforced concrete element structure. The facade of the hall consists of an insulated facade. The roof is of trapezoidal metal sheeting with insulation and impermeable membrane. In front of the hall is an adjoining 2-storey office building realised as a precast reinforced concrete element structure. The halls are separated by fire walls. Craneway systems are installed in the production area. Production heat is harnessed for the building by a heat recovery system. The client will mount a photovoltaic system on the roof to generate electricity. It will be designed to permit upgrading during a second construction phase.
