Leisure and caravanning centre

BREMER was contracted to construct a 12,000 m² showroom/salesroom in a single construction phase.

The facility offers an area of 18,000 m² for the display of 400 to 600 brand-name caravans. It also incorporates 3,000 m² of workshop and service space as well as a 680 m² accessory shop. The high-spec showroom building consists of a reinforced concrete skeleton structure with trapezoidal sheet roof and A1 thermal insulation. The facade features high-quality insulated facade elements and large direct-glazed steel post and beam structures. The basement floor of the building, which is cut into the slope, accommodates technical rooms, parking facilities, an accessory shop and workshop areas.
