This project continues a long-standing business relationship. The building is divided into 2 sections with a total floor area of approx. 5,000 sq m. Alongside an approx. 2,500 sq m sales area is an adjoining warehouse facility, which also has an area of 2,500 sq m. A large workshop with attendant offices on the 1st floor is flanked by a cycle test track, which will be delivered by BREMER as part of the turnkey construction of the entire facility including buildings services and exterior facilities. Architectural highlights are the high-design glazed entrance area and a striking dark facade.
