BREMER has been contracted by real estate company Metro Properties to build a new market hall in Aschaffenburg. The construction project is a convenience store and divided as follows: hypermarket, supply, office and sanitary areas. Starting in October 2018 with site development, the store is being affiliated to the surrounding area in April 2019. The delivery to user real tool place in due time by August 2019. The building combines a modern convenience store feeling with the concept of traditional market halls on 5,000 sqm. Producers, specialty retailers and mechanics work consolidated shoulder to shoulder.
